As you may remember in my blog post, Wizard, there were a person who didn't understand the concept of delivery times. This person came to me again, asking for two laptops, which he said he ordered 4 workdays before this day. He expected it to be ready, the problem was
1. He didn't sent it to the helpdesk mail, he sent it in a mail to one of my colleges, who had forgotten to send it to me.
2. He asked one a Wednesday, expecting it to be ready Monday.
3. Delivery time 14 days
So things were not in his favor, but I'm an IT person right? I'm an SysAdmin. What do I do? I fix it and then tells him, that next time do it the proper way.
