So today is not the day for reasonable problems.
We've been moving mailboxes from one server to a newer one, and therefore some machines running XP or Office 2003 gets mail problems. Luckily, just a few machines got that problem so we did a little temporary fix where they use a web-based mail until we can reinstall their computer.
This is a reasonable problem. Well that’s not the funny part, the thing was that on one of the machines we put a shortcut on the taskbar to the web mail. Later that day the user calls me
He: My mail doesn't work!
Me: Oh, what happened?
He: well I click the icon and all the errors pops up!
He: No, I click the wrong shortcut every F***** Time! Then I'll have to yell F****** H***, D***** I've done it this way for 20 years!
Me: I understand, there is nothing I can do about it, except removing the old shortcut
He: Never mind, the web mail S**** it doesn't work as it should
Me: It doesn't? It should look quite like the regular one. What is the problem is there something I can do?
He: Nah forget it
