New setup! I’m so hyped! So I told you last time about me moving, and now I’m finally settled in in my new place!
As promised ill show the new setup where I’ll be spending too much of my time.
The gaming setup is straightforward. A 4-monitor setup on a table mount. Here I use 3x 27” Asus monitors. Let’s just say I don’t want this to hit the floor. (Hence why I have an extra support foot for the table in the middle)
For the table I struggled a bit with myself what to go for. On one hand, I would like one of those mechanical tables where you can sit or stand. These are rather expensive and since I’m on a budget for this I decided to go for a more common approach. I choose to go for IKEA‘s Alex series that was my other option. These are modular and I could easily put together a table that would fit me. Here I have a 2m long table.
As for feet, there were several options however, I decided to go for a drawer section and a cabinet. This sadly ended with a different colour into the mix, but it does the trick. This was I can hide away one of my computers that will be used as a server (specs here), the router, cables and whatever else tech that needs hiding.
Since I’m left with so much space I’ll get a more cleaner look than I’m used to and space enough for my project mess I tend to make.
As you can see from all the cables, it still need some finishing touches. The tripod has cables for the camera and this im not very sure about yet, so its temporary there for testing.
Also the microphone stand with the sound reflection filter is also something that needs a bit of cleaning up, at the moment this is the best place for me to have it. As you can see it also functions as my headset hanger. Ending up with many long cables.
It's not lube! its hand sanitizer, some of us likes to be clean
My lovely chair is from DXracer, best chair I’ve ever had!
And yes the shiny box to the right is me using my toolbox as a coffee table
Drogon <3 my beloved pc.
This babe has gone through many changes, for the observant ones you can notice the custom-made door I made a while ago, the inner parts has had some changes.
A full description and go through of this one will come later.
Also you can see Dratini, my small LAN pc (specs here), under the table to the left here.
Next to Drogon next to the sofa is another toolbox, with small parts for my computers, screws etc.
from this side you can also see the nice colours of the reflection filter, special edition with a nice black/red theme.
So this is my current setup, will show you my xbox setup later too. Till next time guys :D
Meantime, check out the new designs in the shop!
